Meet the team
Joe & Todd
Joe Cowan has lived in the Hills Shire home for more than 15 years. He is excited to now realise his dream of owning and running his own café after stepping away from his corporate career.
“I’ve enjoyed being in the kitchen for as long as I can remember – a love of cooking was something passed on to me by my grandmother,” Joe said. “In recent years I have been a regular customer at Pasqualina’s . . . and when the opportunity to become the owner came up I just knew it was meant to be.”
Joe’s vision for Pasqualina’s is to continue to build on its tradition of serving delicious freshly made food, great coffee and sweet treats with a friendly atmosphere.
Todd is also there giving a hand in the kitchen or serving customers at their table, happily working with the rest of the team where needed. He’s also busy behind the scenes handling the financial side of the operation.
